MRS. MARY E. HUBBARD
DIES AT HER SON'S HOME

The death of Mrs. Mary E. Hubbard occurred Monday evening at the home of her son, Will Hubbard. She was taken sick with influenza a few days ago, which was followed by pneumonia, causing her death.

The deceased was born in the state of New York and came to Wisconsin when she was a child, thus having spent most of her life in this state. She was 73 years of age on Oct. 28th, her husband, Frank Hubbard having preceeded her in death by some three years.

For many years Mr. and Mrs. Hubbard resided on a farm in the town of Troy about two miles northwest of here, but of late years they took up their home in this village, where he died three years ago.

Mrs. Hubbard is survived by two brothers, Geo. Morrison, of East Troy, and Grant Morrison, who is in the west, also four step-children Will Hubbard, of East Troy; Harry Hubbard, of Milwaukee; Mrs. David Dunham, of Troy Center and Mrs. Ivan Lean, of Elkhorn, all of whom have the sincere sympathy of their friends in their sad bereavement.

Mrs. Hubbard was a woman highly respected by all who knew her. As a wife she was most devoted to her husband and family and endeared herself to all. That she will be greatly missed is only too true and her many kind deeds will long be remembered.

The funeral will take place this (Wednesday) morning at 10 o'clock at F.H. Gilbert's undertaking rooms only the immediate family and near friends being priviledged to attend, Rev. J.F. Corpe conducting the service, after which the body will be laid at rest in Oak Ridge cemetery.2,3
